1 / Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update the shipping address of processed orders.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our facility.  A reship order will require an additional shipping cost to the clients.

2 / Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.  Once your order is placed, we cannot update your address. We have a system that confirms your shipping address via Google that will help you confirm the proper shipping address. If for some reason your shipping address is still not correct and your item is returned to our distribution center, please email Us at osmiproducts@gmail.com One of our Customer Service Reps will issue you a voucher to purchase your order again and your order can be reshipped to the correct address.

3 / Damaged Products

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at osmiproducts@gmail.comPlease provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Notification of damage should be made within 7 days after the delivery date. Only online purchases from www.osmicreations.com are accepted for damaged returns.

4 / Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase with us at OsmiCreations.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped, we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email at osmiproducts@gmail.com.

At Osmi Creations, we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and of our products; however, once an order has been placed and the item has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

5 / Lost and Missing

Osmi Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home during delivery. We will no longer replace deliveries that are lost or stolen once the carrier marks your items as “delivered”

6 / Purchases Made Through Retailers

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.

7 / Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 4-5 business days upon receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

8 / Domestic Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. So please verify that you entered the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at osmiproducts@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note: Once an order has shipped, we will not update the address.

Osmi Creation is a USA-based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, or any additional fees charged by local authorities. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. Osmi Creations is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.
